Ammana Madilu Charitable Trust

Our NGO’s work is important because it empowers marginalized communities, ensures access to education, health, and rights, and creates opportunities for a dignified and self-reliant future.

Ammana Madilu Charitable Trust is a nonprofit organization established on 15th September 2023. The trust is dedicated to serving underprivileged communities through education, health, women empowerment, and child welfare initiatives. Based on values of compassion and service, it works to uplift rural and marginalized families. Programs are designed to spread awareness, build skills, and ensure access to basic rights and opportunities. The vision of the trust is an inclusive and dignified society where every individual can thrive.

Legal Awareness for Students and Rural Communities

Our organization is actively working in Raichur to spread legal awareness among students and rural people. The programs aim to educate them about their rights, responsibilities, and the laws that safeguard their future. Special sessions are conducted in schools to help children understand issues like child rights, education rights, and the prevention of child labor and child marriage. In rural areas, awareness drives focus on empowering communities with knowledge about social justice, legal aid, and government schemes. These initiatives are building confidence, reducing exploitation, and creating informed citizens who can stand up for their rights.

ಈ ಒಂದು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಶ್ರೀ ಕನಕದಾಸ ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯ ಸಿಂಧನೂರ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಭಾರತದ ಪೋಶ್ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 2013 ಕೆಲಸದ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರ ಮೇಲಿನ ಲೈಂಗಿಕ ಕಿರುಕುಳ ತಡೆಗಟ್ಟುವಿಕೆ ನಿಷೇಧ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಹಾರ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹರಿವು ಮೂಡಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿತ್ತು ಸದರಿ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪೋಶ್ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು

Anti-Human Trafficking Day

On 30th July 2025, an Anti-Human Trafficking Day program was organized at Lingasugur in collaboration with the Taluk Legal Services Committee and the Taluk Advocates’ Association. The program aimed to raise awareness about human trafficking and the strict legal measures to prevent it. Legal experts and advocates guided participants on laws, rights, and protection mechanisms available to victims. The discussions highlighted the importance of safeguarding vulnerable communities and empowering them with knowledge. The initiative emphasized collective responsibility to eliminate human trafficking and build a safer, just, and humane society.

Legal Awareness Program for Students

A Legal Awareness Program was organized in the school to educate students about their rights, responsibilities, and the importance of law in everyday life. Legal experts and advocates explained key topics such as child rights, the right to education, and the harmful effects of child labor and child marriage. Interactive sessions made the program engaging and easy to understand for young learners. The initiative aimed to empower students with legal knowledge and inspire them to become responsible citizens. The program concluded with the message that awareness of law is the foundation for a fair and just society.

Krantiveera Sangolli Rayanna Jayanti Celebration

On Krantiveera Sangolli Rayanna Jayanti, a special program was organized to pay tribute to the great freedom fighter of Karnataka. The event highlighted Rayanna’s fearless struggle against British rule and his unwavering dedication to justice and freedom. Leaders, youth, and community members gathered to honor his sacrifices and to draw inspiration from his heroic life. Speeches, cultural activities, and patriotic songs added spirit to the celebration, reminding everyone of his timeless legacy. The program concluded with a pledge to follow the ideals of courage, unity, and patriotism that Sangolli Rayanna stood for.

Home Survey – Community Visit

A home survey was conducted where our team personally visited households to collect detailed information. The objective was to understand the living conditions, challenges, and needs of families. During the visits, discussions were held with members to identify priority issues such as health, education, and livelihood. The survey also helped build rapport with the community and ensured active participation. These insights will guide future programs to bring meaningful and impactful change.
